WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE

A Wedding Package is a service designed to provide couples with comprehensive support for wedding styling, floral design, and, most importantly, seamless coordination of the wedding day. There are several package options available, with the most popular being the Wedding Planning Package. It is always fully tailored to the couple’s wishes, the venue, and all participating vendors.

The wedding package includes all selected décor elements, flowers, and decorative items, as well as their delivery and on-site setup. Our wedding florist will help bring your floral vision to life, and if you don’t yet have a clear idea, we are happy to create one with you from the very beginning.

Please note: Pricing for the wedding packages is based on weddings of up to 50 guests in Southern Finland. Prices are subject to adjustment if the venue is located in logistically challenging conditions, such as an island, a castle, or another non-standard location.

WEDDING PLANNING-PACKAGE

The Wedding Planning Package focuses on what matters most: planning, coordination, and professional guidance, reducing stress for both the couple and their wedding party.

This core wedding planning service provides continuous support throughout the entire wedding planning journey. Your planner assists in selecting vendors, contacts them on your behalf, and ensures that everything runs smoothly and on schedule. They also create a shared wedding folder and a group WhatsApp chat to make communication simple and effortless.

On the wedding day, two bridal assistants support the bridal party at the hotel, manage timing, and ensure the couple leaves on schedule for the ceremony. The wedding planner and assistants oversee the flow of the day, coordinate announcements and timing, and remain present from the beginning of the celebration until the last guest has left.

Please note: this package does not include flowers, rental décor, or venue styling.

Package includes:

A deltailed schedule for the wedding day, a wedding file and vendor contact list.
Bridal assistant (2ppl) to help the bride and the girl's morning (8hrs).
Wedding ceremony assistance.
The planner and their assistants will be present on the wedding day from morning to night.
Hosting the event.
Day-of coordination.
Communication: unlimited remote meetings, venue site visit, ceremony rehearsal, as well as a WhatsApp group and email correspondence.

The Design Package is a visual wedding concept focused on the atmosphere and overall look of your venue.

We create a cohesive, carefully designed visual concept for the reception space, take care of the styling, and deliver a fully finished setup with attention to every detail. The package includes thoughtfully selected and popular décor elements that are essential for a cohesive wedding aesthetic. We can also incorporate and style your own décor items and printed materials.

This package is ideal for couples who want a striking, harmonious, and personally tailored wedding aesthetic, and who do not require full planning or coordination services.

The Signature Package is a fully comprehensive and tailor-made wedding experience for couples who want everything planned and executed without compromise. Only a limited number of Signature weddings are taken on each season.

Our team manages the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. We create a cohesive visual concept for the celebration, design the overall venue styling, provide full floral design, and refine every detail with care and precision.

On the wedding day, our team leads the entire event with confidence and structure, coordinating timelines, guiding vendors, and ensuring that every moment flows smoothly and exactly as planned.

The package automatically includes everything from both the Wedding Planning and Design packages, as well as full floral design, from bridal party flowers to complete venue florals.
