After the first meeting, we’ll make you a proposal with which we’ll start to outline the big picture together with the couple.

The offer will be perfected until the both parties are satisfied, and it reflects the couples original vision and dream of the wedding. After we have reached an agreement it’s time to sign a contract.

After the proposal has beed accepted and the contract is signed we’ll proceed with appropriate pace. The amount of communication depends on how far the wedding date is, and how much support the bridal couple wishes during the planning process.

Wedding planner is limitlessly attainable for the couple until the wedding day. Nowadays many choose to keep contact via WhatsApp or email. In addition we’ll organize occasionally both online and face to face meetings.

We’ll make you a personalized wedding file which includes the schedule, to-do list, shop list, information about the vendors etc. Our team will constantly update the vendor list and add new offers online for the couple to see.

With most of our customers we’ll do a site visit, which means going to the wedding venue together.

Additionally we’ll actively keep planning the wedding and rapport back to the couple as agreed before. From the outset we’ll update the wedding weekend schedule.

The most hectic time is the week of the wedding. We’ll be in touch more frequently and all the planning will start to take shape. Our team will organize quick meetings with the chosen vendors where we’ll discuss the schedule, weather forecast and last minute changes.

During the week of the wedding your wedding planer will be limitlessly attainable through phone and on call throughout your wedding weekend.

On the day of the wedding our team will set up decorations and flowers creating a beautiful space for the celebration. The wedding planer will keep track of the schedule and coordinates everything from the first moments of the day to the last guest leaving.

At the end of the wedding day it’s time for our team to take down the decorations, flowers and rentals. We’ll collect the lost and found as well as the couple’s belongings and presents arranging them to agreed location. We’ll transport decorations back to our studio and later we’ll return all of the rentals.

After the wedding you won’t be hearing from us as much as before. We’ll gladly organize the invoicing and ensure that other things are in order. Later we can assist with thank-you card orders and delivery.
