A wedding planner organizes and decorates the celebration.

Juhlakirsikka helps with planning the schedule, budget, wedding flowers, decor and we’ll cooperate with other vendors. Every event is one of a kind and that’s why each of them have different requirements for creating a great entirety. For this reason we’ll make as specific plans as possible and we’ll start planning as early as possible. On an average it takes 400 hours to plan a wedding.

Sometimes the bridal couple hires us to create only certain part of the wedding (for example the schedule) and other times we are hired to do the whole package meaning that the couple only arrives to the celebration and enjoys their day. Our services provide every detail finished for them to enjoy.

The total cost depends on how extensive your chosen wedding package is.

Wedding designers hourly cost is 65€ and the largest invoiced entireties have been up to five figures.

The average price of flower and decoration services vary from 8 000€ to 30 000€ depending largely on the amount of decor, flowers and guests.

Our clients budgets vary greatly but most of them cost from 60-100 000€. The largests budgets are around 500 000€.

We recommend booking a first virtual meeting with our wedding planner, free of charge, so it’s easier to map out your needs for the celebration. After the first meeting we’ll make an offer based on which we’ll start to refine the plans to a contract. Only after that the reservation fee is to be paid and we’ll be good to fully start the planning.

The reservation fee is to be paid after the contract is signed.

50 % of the total is to be paid approximately half a year before the wedding and the third invoice is sent and paid before the wedding.

If you wish to decorate your celebration yourself, you can get the bigger sized rental products from us.

Whether you wish to rent wedding arches, flower pillars, polaroid cameras or e.g. sign stands, we got you! 

When decorating your event yourself, you can choose the rental products you want and ask more about them from us. We’ll help you choose the products that are just right for your event. Our decoration posessions are ever changing and we get new products constantly.

The rental products are picked up from the studio and they are returned to the same location.

The rental period is a extended weekend meaning from Thursday to Monday.

Yes! For expample we offer a dedicated Bridal Assistant service. This is a separate, personalized service designed to support the bride on the morning of her wedding, from preparation through to the reception. Your Bridal Assistant helps with various tasks, ensuring a relaxed and organized start to your special day.

In the week before the wedding we hold short “express” calls covering the schedule, weather updates, final adjustments, and vendor coordination.

Our team remains reachable and active until the event weekend. Our floral team works on the flower for over a week for the floral design. 

Our team takes care of decorating the venue, setting up the flowers and styling, and coordinating the event from the morning until the last guest leaves.

After the celebration, we dismantle everything and pack up all our materials and rented items.

The only things we leave behind are any lost and found items and the couple’s personal belongings or gifts.

If you wish to keep any of the flowers or decor, please let us know at least 1 week in advance, as we are not permitted to leave anything without prior agreement.

We always have a weather contingency plan a ”rain plan”.

We have a reliable network of professional vendors and can usually find a replacement quickly to keep everything running smoothly.

However, please be aware that we are not legally responsible for third-party vendors.

If a vendor misses their schedule or fails to deliver, we will support you in resolving the situation, but the responsibility remains with that individual vendor.

You can choose to only use our floral design or decoration rental services. Our amazing floral team is happy to customise a format that suits your needs.

Yes! We assist you in selecting vendors and reviewing agreements, and help create a workable budget that aligns with your priorities

Yes! We specialise in destination weddings in Finland—handling logistics, timing, and collaboration with local vendors so international couples can relax and enjoy the surroundings

Yes, we are happy to adapt to changes when possible. Floral selections need to be confirmed at least two months before the wedding to avoid additional charges. If you plan to bring your own stationery, signs or other decorative items, we kindly ask that you inform us at least one week in advance. This allows us to include those items in the planning and assign the necessary team members. If we receive this information later, we may not be able to guarantee that everything will be set up on time.

We are professionals and used to adapting calmly to unexpected events like delays, weather changes or vendor challenges.

However, mutual respect is essential. If a situation arises that endangers our team’s safety or well-being—such as verbal abuse, physical aggression, threats, or intoxicated behavior—we reserve the right to leave the venue immediately. In such cases, the full invoice amount remains payable.

Our goal is always a joyful and smooth celebration, and we trust that our clients share that commitment.

✅ Booking & Payments: A booking fee secures your date. 50% is due 5 months before the wedding, and the final balance 6 weeks prior.

🔁 Changes: You can change your wedding date or venue, but changes may affect costs and availability. Previous payments count toward the new plan.

❌ Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable if you cancel. We also charge 20% of the total contract for work already done.

🏡 Decorations: We’re happy to use your own decor, but we can’t guarantee their functionality or durability.

📸 Photos: We may take pictures for marketing—no guests or couples shown. You can opt out by notifying us at least 30 days in advance.

🆘 Extra Work: Last-minute requests? We can help, billed at €150/h/pp.

🍷 Alcohol&food: We don’t handle alcohol—please arrange bartenders and caterer and follow venue rules.

🚨 Respect & Safety: We expect respectful behavior. Any threats, intoxication, or harassment will result in us leaving the event, with full payment still due.
